We encourage you to use our Internet Catalog to order your goods and services from us. Our entire inventory is available through our Internet Catalog, and any volume purchasing discounts or contract pricing you have earned will be automatically calculated for each item as you view it.

Atlanta Store Location

Of course you are always welcome at our Atlanta store location at 2688 Peachtree Square in Doraville, Georgia. This facility houses both our mondo-big warehouse and a nicely-appointed showroom where you can ask questions of our very knowledgeable sales staff, try-out a set of headphones to see if they're right for your needs, and look over the huge variety of media and equipment we carry.

Our showroom hours are 9:00-6:00, Monday through Friday, and 10:00-4:00 on Saturday. If you are unable to stop by our showroom, please give us a call at (770) 458-1679, or toll-free at 1-800-659-TAPE (8273).

Payment Policy

Visa/Mastercard, Discover, cash, money order, certified or personal checks accepted. Personal checks must clear before orders will be shipped.

Established accounts will be given terms of net 30 days. These terms are subject to credit approval and may be revoked by Tape Warehouse if deemed necessary.

Tape Warehouse charges a $20.00 service charge for returned checks.

Pricing Policy

All prices are subject to change without notice. Invoices are good for prices effective at the time of shipment.

Pick-Up/Shipping Policy

Original masters will be returned with the order, provided it is paid in full. Tape Warehouse is not responsible for the storage of masters.

Failure to pick up an order within 60 days of completion will constitute abandonment of the product and will allow Tape Warehouse to possess all masters, etc.

Tape Warehouse will do our best to meet our quoted deadlines. Please remember we only give estimates. Circumstances beyond our control may prevent your order from reaching you in time. Tape Warehouse disclaims liability for delays, whatever the reason. Any compensation will be made at the discretion of Tape Warehouse.

All freight charges are F.O.B. The Tape Warehouse in Doraville, GA. All orders will be shipped FedEx unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for all applicable freight charges unless other arrangements are made by Tape Warehouse. Freight charges are based on weight and zone, and will be adjusted accordingly. A minimum $2.00 handling charge will apply per package shipped. Fedex will not deliver to a P.O. box.

Tape Warehouse Guarantee

While Tape Warehouse will treat your masters with the utmost care, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur while the master is in our possession. It is the responsibility of the customer to have a back-up copy and to provide insurance coverage for these materials. Tape Warehouse reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason.

All Tape Warehouse products are fully warrantied to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to credit or replacement of products which prove to be defective upon our inspection.

Claims must be made in writing within 30 days after receipt of merchandise. Returns must be approved by Tape Warehouse and given an RA Number.

A 15% restocking fee may be charged for returned product that is not defective. (15% of the value of the product at the time of the sale).

Merchandise that has been subject to alteration, misuse, mis- application, negligence or accident will be excluded from warranty coverage.

The above warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied.
