If a problem with an order is Tape Warehouse's fault, then we will pay the shipping charges on returns. Otherwise, shipping charges will be borne by the customer. All returns must be accompanied by the original shipping ticket. Valid returns will be credited the next business day.
Tape Warehouse makes every effort possible to keep all items in stock, and to ship every order complete no later than the next business day. Your credit card will be charged the full amount of your order at the time it is confirmed. If we are unable to ship all your items by the next business day then we will credit your credit card account for any back ordered items, then charge you only after those items are shipped to you.
Your account number is information which, by itself, will not enable someone to bill orders to your account. Your password, however, should be kept strictly confidential, as it will enable people to bill goods to your account. Tape Warehouse makes every possible effort to keep your password secret, and has transmitted your password to you in a confidential manner. You are responsible for keeping your password secret, and are liable for any orders placed using it. Anyone placing an order using your account number and password is deemed authorized by the account holder to place orders which will be billed to and paid by the account holder.
Visa/Mastercard, Discover, cash, money order, certified or personal checks accepted. Personal checks must clear before orders will be shipped. Established accounts will be given terms of net 30 days. These terms are subject to credit approval and may be revoked by Tape Warehouse if deemed necessary. Tape Warehouse charges a $20.00 service charge for returned checks.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Invoices are good for prices effective at the time of shipment.
Original masters will be returned with the order, provided it is paid in full. Tape Warehouse is not responsible for the storage of masters. Failure to pick up an order within 60 days of completion will constitute abandonment of the product and will allow Tape Warehouse to possess all masters, etc.
Tape Warehouse will do our best to meet our quoted deadlines. Please remember we only give estimates. Circumstances beyond our control may prevent your order from reaching you in time. Tape Warehouse disclaims liability for delays, whatever the reason. Any compensation will be made at the discretion of Tape Warehouse.
All freight charges are F.O.B. The Tape Warehouse in Doraville, GA. All orders will be shipped FedEx unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for all applicable freight charges unless other arrangements are made by Tape Warehouse. Freight charges are based on weight and zone, and will be adjusted accordingly. A minimum $2.00 handling charge will apply per package shipped. Fedex will not deliver to a P.O. box. By choosing to ship your order, you assume all risk of loss from the time when Federal Express receives your order from Tape Warehouse for shipment to you.
While Tape Warehouse will treat your masters with the utmost care, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur while the master is in our possession. It is the responsibility of the customer to have a back-up copy and to provide insurance coverage for these materials. Tape Warehouse reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason.
All Tape Warehouse products are fully warrantied to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to credit or replacement of products which prove to be defective upon our inspection. Claims must be made in writing within 30 days after receipt of merchandise. Returns must be approved by Tape Warehouse and given an RA (Return Authorization) Number.
A 15% restocking fee may be charged for returned product that is not defective. (15% of the value of the product at the time of the sale). Merchandise that has been subject to alteration, misuse, mis- application, negligence or accident will be excluded from warranty coverage.
